The Event Schedule and Guide for the weekend activities surrounding the 230th Anniversary Observance of the Battle of Guilford Courthouse is available at the link below. The Guilford Battleground Company appreciates the information and input provided by the Guilford Courthouse National Military Park and the city of Greensboro Country Park.

The GBC owes special thanks to Trevor Vernon- Yates who designed the brochures which will be available at the parks during the week-end celebration.

Activities are scheduled from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Sat. and Sun, March 12th and 13th. Events are scheduled around the national park including Colonial Heritage Center (formerly Tannenbaum Park) and Country Park. Come to the parks early and stay late to show your appreciation to the parks’ staffs, the volunteers and reenactors who make this event possible. The reenactments will be conducted each day in Country Park from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

With such a variety of activities being presented, we are sure you will be interested to learn more about colonial life-ways as well as gain a greater appreciation for those brave men who fought for our country’s freedom at this site on March 15, 1781.

PS. Remember to set your clocks ahead 1 hr on the night of the 12th, since Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday morning the 13th.
